V-Rod PADaptor Kit - PADdaptor transforms a V-Rod Low Sissy Bar Upright to a Taller/Higher Backrest Configuration by providing the mounting for a FX Softail Pad.  The top of the pad is 10.5" above the seat surface, and 1" larger gap under pad for better seat utilization (i.e. butt space).

The backrest pad (i.e. for a FX Softail actually) and chrome p-clip are HD, which run $60 and $15, respectively at the HD dealer. 

PADaptor Kit includes black, texture powder coated, 1/8", 6061 aluminum plate, 9 - stainless fasteners (6 - button head & 3 screws), 2 - stainless steel cap nuts, and 2 - chrome washers.
